Meet Jessica, originally from Illinois, and someone who’s made a big impact in just four years in the industry. Jessica’s expertise shows in everything she does, especially when it comes to keeping our busy technicians’ schedules running smoothly. She’s a pro at managing the chaos and ensuring jobs stay on the board, making her an invaluable part of the team.
When the workday ends, Jessica heads outdoors to unwind—whether it’s rafting, embroidering, hiking, horseback riding, or off-roading, she’s always up for an adventure. She’s also excited about the next chapter in her life as she looks forward to becoming a married woman!
Jessica is a huge animal lover, with two dogs and three cats who are always keeping her company. Her goal at Peak is clear: to develop and manage the dispatch department, taking it to new heights.
Meet Christine, a true people person with a heart of sunshine—fitting for someone born and raised in Florida. Now based in Colorado, she brings over 20 years of administrative experience and is the kind of person who keeps everything running smoothly while making everyone feel welcome. Around the office, we call her the “hype girl”—she brings contagious positive energy and is always the first to lift others up. Christine loves meeting new people, and if there’s a conversation happening, she’s probably in the middle of it, making someone laugh. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing trips, beach getaways, and spending quality time with her kids and her beloved French bulldog, Louis. Christine brings warmth, professionalism, and unstoppable energy to everything she does.
Meet Heather, from New York with a fierce passion for business and a specialty in building operational systems for startup companies. With a sharp mind for strategy and a heart for community, Heather also serves on the board of the Vail Valley Business Women, where she thrives on networking and sharing knowledge to help others grow.
Outside the office, Heather is always chasing adventure—whether it’s snowboarding, fly fishing, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, off-roading, playing ice hockey, or hitting the shooting range. Her friends mean the world to her, and she’s never far from the people she loves most.
At Peak, Heather’s goal is bold and inspiring: to help create 250 job opportunities and build the most successful company in the valley.
Meet Mike, a true Colorado native and a dedicated professional with over 10 years in the industry. Known for his efficiency and sharp problem-solving skills, Mike is the kind of guy who gets things done—and gets them done right.
He’s extremely passionate about plumbing (he’ll proudly tell you he was “born with a wrench in his hand and will die with one in his hand”), and that passion shows in every project he touches. Always eager to learn and grow, Mike is committed to continuing his development here at Peak, with goals focused on constant improvement and mastering his craft.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys camping, snowboarding, and spending quality time with friends. Whether on the job or in the mountains, he brings the same energy, focus, and drive.
Meet Jamie, a true expert in his field with a story as unique as his skill set. Originally from South Africa, Jamie spent 10 years working in the safari industry before bringing his adventurous spirit and strong work ethic to the U.S. For the past six years, he’s been mastering the trade—and when it comes to boilers, Jamie knows it all.
Jamie is the kind of person everyone trusts—he’s dependable, always on time, and deeply values treating others with fairness and respect. Around the team, he’s not just known for his knowledge, but also for being the guy people confide in.
Outside of work, Jamie lives for adventure. He’s passionate about photography, traveling, hiking, fishing, off-roading, and most of all, spending quality time with his kids. His biggest goals are to be the best in his field and to give his boys a strong, meaningful upbringing.
And if you’re ever planning a trip to Africa—don’t hesitate to ask. Jamie would love to help you plan an unforgettable experience.
Let us introduce Cody, a true leader and cornerstone of the team. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Cody brings over 10 years of plumbing experience and a level of industry knowledge that’s hard to match. Seriously—if there’s a question, Cody’s the one with the answer.
He’s known for his well-rounded skill set, steady leadership, and unmatched ability to guide a team through any challenge. With a sharp entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for excellence, Cody is always looking for ways to grow, improve, and elevate those around him.
Outside of work, Cody’s passions are rooted in the outdoors—he loves hunting, fishing, and camping. He’s also a history buff who’s always eager to learn something new. Above all, Cody values honesty, respect, and trust—principles he lives by both professionally and personally.
At Peak, his goal is clear: to grow his department and lead with purpose, knowledge, and integrity.
Meet Mike, the owner of Peak and the kind of leader who leads by example. Originally from New York, Mike fell in love with the trades early on and built his career on pride, grit, and an unstoppable work ethic. He never stops moving—but more importantly, he never stops giving back.
Even as the owner, you’ll often find Mike jumping in wherever he’s needed—whether that means working in the field alongside an apprentice or lending a hand in any department. That’s just who he is: humble, hands-on, and deeply committed to the success of his team.
Mike’s greatest motivator is the people around him. He’s passionate about helping others succeed, and he couldn’t do any of it without the unwavering support of his fiancée, Lindsey, who has made incredible sacrifices to help him pursue his goals.
When he does take a rare break, Mike enjoys dirt biking, skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. His family is everything to him—it’s at the core of who he is and the driving force behind all he does.
Mike’s vision for Peak is simple but powerful: create opportunities for his community, provide unmatched service across the valley, and keep building—together.
