When the workday ends, Jessica heads outdoors to unwind—whether it’s rafting, embroidering, hiking, horseback riding, or off-roading, she’s always up for an adventure. She’s also excited about the next chapter in her life as she looks forward to becoming a married woman!
Jessica is a huge animal lover, with two dogs and three cats who are always keeping her company. Her goal at Peak is clear: to develop and manage the dispatch department, taking it to new heights.
Meet Mike, a true Colorado native and a dedicated professional with over 10 years in the industry. Known for his efficiency and sharp problem-solving skills, Mike is the kind of guy who gets things done—and gets them done right.
He’s extremely passionate about plumbing (he’ll proudly tell you he was “born with a wrench in his hand and will die with one in his hand”), and that passion shows in every project he touches. Always eager to learn and grow, Mike is committed to continuing his development here at Peak, with goals focused on constant improvement and mastering his craft.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys camping, snowboarding, and spending quality time with friends. Whether on the job or in the mountains, he brings the same energy, focus, and drive.
Meet Heather, from New York with a fierce passion for business and a specialty in building operational systems for startup companies. With a sharp mind for strategy and a heart for community, Heather also serves on the board of the Vail Valley Business Women, where she thrives on networking and sharing knowledge to help others grow.
Outside the office, Heather is always chasing adventure—whether it’s snowboarding, fly fishing, hiking, camping, paddle boarding, off-roading, playing ice hockey, or hitting the shooting range. Her friends mean the world to her, and she’s never far from the people she loves most.

Collin is an experienced Install Construction Technician with deep Michigan roots and an even deeper commitment to sustainability—he’s currently studying the field to align his work with his values. While he’s a highly skilled plumbing installer, Collin is also incredibly well-rounded, holding certifications in welding, avalanche education, and Wilderness First Response.
With nine years in the ski industry and active volunteer work with VVMTA trail projects, Collin brings a strong work ethic, a generous spirit, and a great sense of humor to every job site. Around the team, he’s known for keeping morale high—his positive energy is as dependable as his technical expertise.
When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Collin biking, exploring the outdoors, relaxing by the river, or spending quality time with his wife. A passionate music lover and avid reader (Neil Gaiman tops his list), Collin lives by the values of honesty, trust, and always giving his best.

Now based in Colorado, she brings over 20 years of administrative experience and is the kind of person who keeps everything running smoothly while making everyone feel welcome. Around the office, we call her the “hype girl”—she brings contagious positive energy and is always the first to lift others up. Christine loves meeting new people, and if there’s a conversation happening, she’s probably in the middle of it, making someone laugh. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing trips, beach getaways, and spending quality time with her kids and her beloved French bulldog, Louis. Christine brings warmth, professionalism, and unstoppable energy to everything she does.
