Our Story: From Passion to Purpose
At Peak PHC, we believe in more than just plumbing and HVAC — we’re building a community. Our journey started in 2022 when Mike Goldberg, the founder, decided to turn his passion for the trades into a service that would not only change the lives of his clients but also the lives of the people working with him. Mike’s story begins like many others — uncertain and unsure of the path ahead. After high school, he was stuck, not knowing what direction to take with his career. But fate had a different plan for him. One day his Mom came to him as she heard the local union in NYC was accepting applications for an apprenticeship. Mike thought why not and later that month was offered the position to work under New York’s finest. That’s when he realized his passion for the trades. In 2020, when the world was navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mike moved to Vail, Colorado. It was here that he noticed a gap in the industry: there was a need for a company that didn’t just focus on getting the job done but also prioritized the well-being and growth of its team members. Mike was determined to create a company with a fun, supportive culture — one where employees would feel valued, respected, and empowered to grow both personally, professionally and financially. Mike wanted to build a company where people could enjoy their work, grow in their careers, and be part of a team that truly cared about each other. That vision became Peak PHC, and since we opened our doors in 2022, we’ve grown from just a few people to a solid team of 20-30 skilled professionals. We’re proud of the company we’ve built, but we’re even prouder of the team we’ve formed and the community we’re part of. At the end of the day our mission is simple: Deliver exceptional plumbing and HVAC services with integrity and intentionality, setting a new standard for excellence in the industry.
